Autism Support Assistant — 1:1 & Small Group Help

Academics is seeking an ASD Support Assistant at a specialist SEN school in West Berkshire. Start ASAP. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism and additional needs, helping them access learning in a structured setting.

You will work with teachers and support staff to support communication, social interaction and emotional regulation, implement personalised strategies, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment for every pupil.
