Autism Support Worker: Classroom & Family Coaching

The Springfields Academy in Calne is seeking an Autism Support Worker to join our team and support pupils with autism through a personalised academic and social skills curriculum. You will work with the teacher to deliver interventions and help families implement functional skills at home and in the community.

This part-time, term-time role (39 weeks) requires resilience, empathy and the ability to build trusted relationships with pupils and families.
