Auto Centre Assistant Manager: Lead Workshop & Service

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Castleford Autocentre to balance hands-on workshop duties with customer-facing management responsibilities. You will work with technicians on the workshop floor and assist the Centre Manager with daily sales and service delivery to enhance the customer journey.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, coaching and technical knowledge, plus the ability to manage compliance, health and safety, and shop-floor operations.
