Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems and processes.
- Program and troubleshoot robotic systems (e.g., ABB, KUKA, Fanuc) and PLC controllers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Integrate various automation components, including sensors, actuators, vision systems, and HMI interfaces.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop technical specifications for automation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions into production lines.
- Provide technical support and training for automated equipment and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering, including PLC programming and robotics.
- Proficiency with industrial automation software and hardware.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical system design for automation.
- Experience with HMI development and SCADA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
