Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and commission automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
- Develop and optimize control logic and algorithms for automated processes.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing plant systems and enterprise software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment and software.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for automation projects.
- Ensure automation systems meet safety standards and operational requirements.
- Train operational staff on the use and maintenance of automated systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000) and HMI development.
- Experience with industrial robotics, VFDs, and SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
