About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and implement automated systems, including robotics, PLCs, and HMI interfaces.
- Develop and maintain control system software and hardware for manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and integrate new systems into existing production lines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
- Develop and document automation procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance guidelines.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in industrial automation and robotics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation engineering , including PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA), and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, sensors, and networked communication protocols.
- Experience with CAD software for electrical and mechanical design of automated systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with strong project management skills.
