Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation scripts and programs using various scripting languages and platforms.
• Integrate automation tools and workflows with existing systems and software applications.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes, including workflows, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation and suggest improvements or new implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or other workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
