About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Technician to join their busy accident repair center in Oxford . You will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring safety, structural integrity, and cosmetic perfection. This role requires expertise in various repair techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. You will work within a team of experienced professionals, utilizing modern equipment to achieve excellent results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels, ensuring structural integrity and alignment.
• Perform chassis straightening and alignment using advanced measuring systems.
• Conduct minor and major bodywork repairs, including dent removal, welding, and filler application.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with painters and other technicians to ensure seamless repair processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Body Repair Technician .
• Proficiency in vehicle structural repair techniques, including welding and jig work.
• Experience with automotive body repair tools and equipment, including frame straightening machines.
• Understanding of vehicle safety standards and repair procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, meeting repair deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
