Key Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicle body panels using various techniques, including welding, straightening, and filling.
• Fit and align new body panels, ensuring proper alignment and gaps.
• Perform structural repairs to vehicle chassis and framework.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Ensure all repairs meet the manufacturer's specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Body Shop Technician or Panel Beater.
• Proficiency in vehicle body repair techniques, including welding and metalwork.
• Experience with plastic repair and bumper repair.
• Familiarity with vehicle structural repair methods and tools.
• A good understanding of vehicle systems and how they integrate with the body structure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve repair targets.
