Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine vehicle chassis systems (suspension, steering, braking) to meet specific performance targets for handling, ride, and stability.
• Utilize advanced simulation tools (e.g., Adams, CarSim) to model and predict vehicle dynamics behavior.
• Plan and execute vehicle testing programs on proving grounds and public roads, collecting and analyzing dynamic data.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to translate performance requirements into effective chassis solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle dynamics, handling, and ride comfort throughout the development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive chassis dynamics development.
• Proficiency with vehicle dynamics simulation software and data acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of suspension kinematics, steering systems, tire characteristics, and vehicle stability control.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex test data to derive actionable insights.
