Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for automotive components and systems using CAD software.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D models and technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Conduct design reviews and simulations to assess performance and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and styling.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, performance targets, and cost objectives.
• Produce Bill of Materials (BOM) and other necessary documentation for production.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Design Engineer or similar role.
• Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Autodesk Inventor).
• Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes relevant to the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.
• Excellent visualization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
