Automotive Detailer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and passionate Automotive Detailer to join their premium vehicle preparation centre in Liverpool . In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and enhancing the appearance of vehicles to an immaculate standard, ensuring they are presented perfectly for sale or customer collection. This position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in various detailing techniques, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. You will work with a variety of vehicles, using high-quality products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction.
• Clean and condition leather, fabric, and plastic interior surfaces.
• Remove swirl marks, scratches, and other paint imperfections using advanced polishing techniques.
• Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment, such as polishers, extractors, and pressure washers.
• Apply protective coatings, sealants, and waxes.
• Ensure all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer or in a similar valeting role.
• Knowledge of various detailing products, chemicals, and equipment.
• Skilled in paint correction techniques, including machine polishing.
• Ability to work to a high standard of finish with excellent attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform detailed work for extended periods.
• A passion for cars and achieving perfection in vehicle presentation.
