Our client in Coventry is looking for a skilled Automotive Electrician to join their growing team. You will be instrumental in diagnosing, repairing, and installing complex electrical systems in a variety of vehicles. This role requires a meticulous approach and a deep understanding of automotive electrical principles. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in vehicle electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, lighting, and battery systems.
• Install and configure aftermarket electronic equipment such as alarms, sensors, and infotainment systems.
• Perform electrical system checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and multimeters to pinpoint electrical issues accurately.
• Keep detailed records of all electrical work undertaken, including parts used and time spent.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical circuits, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and electronic testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical repairs.
