Job Description
Our client, a reputable institution in the automotive education sector, is seeking an experienced Automotive Learning Coach to join their team in Wythenshawe. This is a permanent role focusing on delivering high-quality training in automotive engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering comprehensive training programmes in automotive engineering
Developing and updating training materials to ensure they meet industry standards and best practices
Assessing trainees' performance and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement
Collaborating with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall education experience
Maintaining accurate records of trainees' progress and achievements
Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all trainees
Job Requirements:
Experience in training and development within the automotive sector
Strong knowledge of automotive engineering principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and motivate trainees
A passion for continuous learning and professional development
Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or a related field
Benefits:
26 days of annual leave, increasing with service (28 days after 1 year, 30 days after 2 years, 35 days after 5 years)
