Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix paint colours accurately to match existing finishes or specified standards.
• Apply paint coatings evenly and smoothly using spray equipment.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure a high-quality finish and identify any imperfections.
• Maintain and clean spray guns, equipment, and the paint booth.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer .
• Strong understanding of paint preparation, application techniques, and various paint systems.
• Proficiency in colour matching and mixing.
• Ability to operate and maintain spray painting equipment.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A basic understanding of vehicle body repair principles is advantageous.
