Automotive Parts Advisor — Fast-Paced, Customer-Driven

Group 1 Automotive Guildford is seeking a Parts Advisor for JLR Guildford. In this role you will assist customers face to face or by phone, provide parts availability, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

You will work in a busy retail centre, handling inbound/outbound calls and upselling parts and services to customers. You will also develop strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, and contribute to a high standard of customer service.
