About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Specialist to manage their inventory and assist customers in their Leeds branch. You will be responsible for sourcing, stocking, and selling a wide range of automotive parts and accessories. This role requires excellent product knowledge, strong inventory management skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the parts department operates efficiently and profitably, supporting both the workshop and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source correct automotive parts for customer and workshop requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and maintain accurate records.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the dealership's parts management system.
• Provide expert advice to customers on parts selection and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working in an automotive parts department or similar retail environment.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive components, systems, and aftermarket parts.
• Proficiency with parts cataloguing software and inventory management systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
