About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Automotive Quality Control Inspector to join their manufacturing team in Liverpool . This role is vital for ensuring that all manufactured automotive components and finished vehicles meet stringent quality standards and specifications before they reach the customer. You will conduct thorough inspections, identify defects, and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished vehicles.
• Utilize various measurement and testing equipment to verify product conformity to specifications.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, classifying them according to severity.
• Work with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all quality control activities are performed in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., statistical process control, sampling plans).
