About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and quality-focused Automotive Quality Inspector to join their manufacturing facility in Norwich . You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles and components meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they are released to customers or the next stage of production. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of automotive manufacturing processes will be essential in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. This role requires precision and adherence to strict quality control protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of finished vehicles and their components at various stages of production.
• Identify defects, deviations from specifications, and non-conforming products.
• Document inspection findings accurately and report any quality issues to management.
• Utilize measurement tools and equipment to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Inspector , preferably within the automotive industry or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
