Automotive Recruitment Consultant - Warm Desk, £50k+ OTE

Auto Skills UK, based in Bournemouth, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk within the automotive recruitment sector. This role offers an excellent earning potential with up to £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and a realistic £50,000+ OTE.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment process for automotive roles, building relationships with dealerships, manufacturers, and automotive businesses, and sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
