Automotive Service Advisor - Customer-Focused & Growth-Ready

Charles Hurst Belfast Citroen is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. You will manage customer bookings for MOTs, servicing and repairs, and provide clear warranty guidance while upselling where appropriate.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will help drive performance in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate customer records, and support colleagues with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
