Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and accurately translate service requirements to the workshop team.
• Provide clear, concise explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timelines, gaining customer authorization.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing workshop capacity and technician availability.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle's service or repair.
• Process service orders accurately, manage invoicing, and handle customer payments professionally.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry as a Service Advisor or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in managing appointments and documentation.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.
