Automotive Service Concierge — Customer Care & Upsell

Group 1 Automotive is looking for a customer-focused team member to warmly welcome customers and keep them informed about repair progress. You will build product knowledge through training, promote additional services, and schedule workshop appointments to optimise service revenue.

You will also conduct pre-appointment calls, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to a high standards of customer care across our UK network.
