Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of automotive software engineers , providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Define and implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to automotive software standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262) and safety requirements.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within the software engineering function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing software development teams, preferably in the automotive industry .
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and automotive software architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and knowledge of automotive communication protocols.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
