Autonomous Area Cleaning Manager — Flexible Hours

Citrus is looking for an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Hampshire. This role offers autonomy and hands-on leadership, with a 40-hour week and a competitive salary depending on experience.

You will manage contracts, support teams, perform site inspections, build customer relationships, recruit and train staff, and ensure health and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
