Autonomous Community Nurse – Home Visits & Flexible Hours

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Community Nurse (Band 5) to join the Liskeard-Looe Community Nursing Team. The role covers Liskeard, Looe and surrounding areas, with home visits and clinics through local GP practices, requiring autonomous practice within a supportive team.

Shift patterns 08:00–16:00 and 14:00–22:00; full and part-time posts available. Applicants must be Registered Nurses (Adult) with ongoing professional development and the ability to mentor
