Autonomous Community Palliative Nurse – Home-Based Care

NHS Grampian invites applications for a Community Macmillan Nursing post covering Lower Marr and Skene (Westhill) area. The role is permanent, 25 hours per week (0.69 WTE) and involves autonomous nursing practice, education, advice and support for patients with cancer and non-cancer diagnoses in their homes or local community settings.

The post holder will help advance high quality palliative care and end-of-life services, working within a multidisciplinary team.
