Autonomous Community Palliative Nurse – Macmillan

A permanent community Macmillan Nursing role with Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership. The post is 25 hours per week (0.69 WTE) covering Lower Marr and Skene (Westhill) areas.

You will work as an autonomous practitioner educating, advising and supporting patients with cancer and non-cancer diagnoses to improve palliative and end-of-life provision.
