Autonomous Groundworks Site Manager – Travel & Progression

Construction is seeking a Site Manager (Groundworks / Civils) to lead fast-paced groundworks and civils projects across the UK, typically 6–16 weeks each, with values up to £2m.

You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety, liaising with clients, and delivering on time and within budget. The role requires regular travel and staying away, with a fully expensed van, overnight stays, a staying away allowance, progression, and healthcare.
