Autonomous Out-of-Hours Prescriber (Locum ACP/Paramedic)

Leaders In Care are helping a trust in the West Midlands recruit an Out of Hours Advanced Practitioner (ACP) / Paramedic Practitioner / Prescribing Pharmacist for ad-hoc weekend cover. The role involves autonomous clinical assessment, decision-making, and prescribing within scope to support adult inpatients receiving rehabilitation and frailty pathways.
