Autonomous Urgent Care Clinician Prescriber (Bath Wiltshire)

HealthHero is seeking an Advanced/Enhanced Clinical Practitioner for Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire to work as an autonomous prescribing clinician within Integrated Urgent Care. You will conduct clinical assessments, triage, and possibly treat or refer, including home visits using a fully equipped medical car.

The role requires an MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent and a non-medical prescribing qualification. Part/full-time rotas are available, with remote support from senior clinicians.
