About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Aviation Compliance Manager to lead their compliance efforts based in Southampton . This pivotal role involves ensuring that all aviation operations adhere strictly to national and international regulations, standards, and best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance frameworks, conducting internal audits, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance programs across all aviation operations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess operational impact.
