About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly principled and knowledgeable Aviation Compliance Officer to join their operations team in Liverpool . This role is critical for ensuring that all aviation activities adhere strictly to national and international regulations. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, developing compliance strategies, and overseeing the implementation of policies to maintain the highest standards of legal and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret aviation regulations from bodies such as EASA, CAA, and FAA.
• Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential breaches.
• Investigate compliance concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company during audits and inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.

Requirements

• Law degree or a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related field.
• Substantial experience as a Compliance Officer within the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with internal teams and external regulators, based in Liverpool .
