About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Compliance Specialist to join their team, working remotely to support operations near Reading . This role is critical in ensuring that all company activities and operations adhere to the complex and ever-evolving landscape of aviation regulations. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, developing compliance policies, and conducting internal audits to guarantee adherence. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret global aviation regulations and standards relevant to the company's operations.
• Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role within the aviation industry .
• In-depth knowledge of EASA, FAA, and other relevant aviation regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
