About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Aviation Compliance Specialist to join their dedicated team based in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational activities and procedures adhere strictly to national and international aviation regulations. This role is critical in maintaining the company's safety standards and regulatory standing. You will work closely with various departments to implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters, playing a key role in the safety and integrity of the organization's aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in aviation regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare compliance reports for regulatory authorities and internal management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in aviation regulatory compliance or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, and other relevant aviation regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and technical documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
