Aviation Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Aviation Project Manager to lead critical projects within their organization, based in Brighton . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of aviation-related projects, from inception to completion. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives and deliver significant value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within the aviation or a related technical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, adhering to aviation industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a significant portion within the aviation sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
