About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Aviation Project Manager to join their team in Liverpool . This role operates under a hybrid model, coordinating complex aviation projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of aviation-related initiatives, such as infrastructure upgrades, fleet modernization, or operational enhancements. This is a crucial role for driving forward key projects within the aviation sector, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion, and fostering collaboration between diverse teams, in a framework that balances office presence with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize aviation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Acquire and manage project resources, including personnel and financial allocations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities comply with aviation safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the aviation industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
