About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Project Manager to oversee critical projects within their growing operations in Bradford . This role requires a blend of technical understanding of aviation operations and strong project management capabilities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving project success in a complex industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize aviation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Track project progress, report on milestones, and ensure successful project closure and handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
• A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
