About the Role

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex aviation projects, from conception through to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations in a hybrid working model, balancing on-site leadership with remote coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Manage communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , preferably within the aviation industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations , regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
