About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Aviation Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their team, operating remotely from Liverpool . You will be responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to all national and international aviation regulations. This crucial role involves monitoring regulatory changes, interpreting their impact, and developing strategies for compliance. You will work independently, collaborating with various departments to maintain the highest standards of legal and operational compliance in the ever-evolving aviation landscape, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of regulatory best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze aviation regulations from bodies such as EASA, FAA, and CAA.
• Interpret new and revised regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and applications.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies on behalf of the company.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in aviation regulatory affairs or compliance.
• Thorough understanding of international aviation regulations and standards.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
