Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organisation's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Investigate aviation safety incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs to all levels of staff.
• Analyse safety data to identify trends and proactively mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Experience in an Aviation Safety or related compliance role.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, UK CAA).
• Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in aviation or safety management is highly desirable.
