Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement avionics hardware and software solutions for aircraft applications.
- Integrate and test avionics systems, ensuring compliance with stringent aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to avionics performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including airframe, propulsion, and software specialists, on system integration.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and certification reports.
- Conduct research into emerging avionics technologies to enhance system capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Avionics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in avionics system design, development, and integration within the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency with avionics standards such as ARINC 429, ARINC 664 (AFDX), and MIL-STD-1553.
- Experience with embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and relevant programming languages (e.g., C, C++).
- Familiarity with simulation tools and testing methodologies for avionics systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
