Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrated avionics systems, including communication, navigation, flight control, and mission systems.
• Specify hardware and software requirements for avionics components and subsystems.
• Conduct system integration testing, validation, and verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace certification standards and regulations (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to avionics system performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and flight test teams to support aircraft production and flight operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in avionics systems engineering.
• Proficiency in avionics system architecture, design, and integration.
• Familiarity with avionics communication protocols (e.g., ARINC 429, AFDX) and standards.
• Experience with systems engineering tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
