About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Avionics Systems Specialist to join their engineering team in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement avionics system architectures and interfaces.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of avionics hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated avionics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system requirements, design reviews, and integration strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs and implementations comply with aviation regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in avionics systems engineering or development.
• Proficiency with avionics standards such as ARINC, MIL-STD, and DO-178C/DO-254.
• Experience with simulation tools and test equipment for avionics systems.
• Knowledge of flight control systems , navigation aids, and communication equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills for hybrid work environments.
