Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionic systems and components, including radios, navigation systems, autopilots, and radar.
• Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and performance specifications for avionic equipment.
• Calibrate avionic instruments and test equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities performed on avionic systems.
• Work closely with other maintenance personnel and flight crews to address avionic-related issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest avionic technologies, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Avionics Technician in an aviation environment.
• Possession of relevant certifications or equivalent trade qualifications in avionics.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft electronic systems, troubleshooting techniques, and testing procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and hand tools specific to avionic maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
