Schroders seeks an experienced Cloud Platform Engineering Lead to build, operate, and secure an AI-first AWS cloud platform in a regulated enterprise. You will lead the Enterprise Cloud Engineering function, focusing on AWS Landing Zones, Control Tower, and guardrails to empower developers and AI agents while maintaining governance.

You will be hands-on, delivering platform capabilities, SRE practices, and robust automation using Terraform, Python, and GitHub Actions.
