About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially astute B2B Sales Consultant to join their team in Brighton . This role involves engaging with businesses to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals, playing a key role in expanding our client's customer base. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business needs, and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients, thriving in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify client pain points and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific business needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
- Manage client relationships post-sale to ensure retention and identify further opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand complex business requirements and propose relevant solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
