Baby Room Leader — Lead Early Years Team (4-Day Week)

Protocol Education is working with a Leeds nursery to recruit a Room Leader for the Baby Room in LS11. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure babies receive outstanding care and a safe, nurturing environment.

The role offers a four-day week or term-time only option. Ideal candidates hold Level 3 Childcare or above, have strong EYFS knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication and a real passion for early years development.
