Baby Room Leader

We are looking for a caring, confident and experienced Baby Room Leader to lead our BumbleBee Room at Bright Beginnings Hertfordshire.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the baby room, leading and supporting the team to provide a warm, safe and stimulating environment for babies aged 6 months–2 years. You will ensure high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS, oversee children's routines and development, and build strong relationships with parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, have experience working with babies, and be confident in leading a team. You should have a good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development, alongside a genuine passion for giving babies the very best start in their early years.
