Backend Engineer (Golang) — AI‑Driven, Scalable Systems

Wolt is seeking a Backend Engineer to join the AdTech & Promotions team. You will own large, cross-functional backend initiatives from planning to delivery, bringing structure to high-ambiguity environments and aligning stakeholders for on-time results.

Ideal candidates have strong Golang experience, hands-on with scalable systems, and familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools like Codex and Claude. NoSQL experience is a plus.
